Our mission is to take conventional recruitment processes and make them more dynamic, cost-effective and risk averse. Our niche is the entry-level market; this is inclusive of graduates, second and third jobbers.
Our permanent placements all incorporate our "try before you hire" ethos whereby we don't charge our clients until a good fit has been established on both sides. We place back office and support staff through our "Support Squared" process, as well as temporary staff through the "Contracting Squared" framework. Recruitment Squared also supplements graduate recruitment undertaken by some of Britain's largest firms through our "Top-up Squared" programs. We're certain that no graduate recruitment agency in London can match our candidate calibre, attention to detail or speed of delivery.
We're rapidly growing and take the calibre and suitability of our candidates seriously, whilst our risk-averse offerings and refreshing approach hold some appeal - we know we can only continue our growth if we continue to source the best people for our clients.
