Graduate role within Client Services

Founded in 25 years ago, our client is an independent, owner-managed global equity investment firm based in Central London. The firm currently has 80 staff and manages assets of US$40bn.

Role description
This graduate role is within the Client Services department, reporting to the Head of Client Services. This is a hands-on role which will provide an excellent platform for personal development. The successful candidate will gain experience and understanding of the Client Services function within institutional asset management.

The description of key tasks below is for guidance only and is subject to change as the requirements of the team change and as the role develops.

Key tasks will include:

• Creation and maintenance of client presentations.
• Assist with the production of Global Investment Review (GIR).
• Updating databases with performance returns.
• Completion of quarterly questionnaires and spreadsheets which may require data such as rep country weights, sector weights, number of stocks and turnover.
• Updating questions and answers in client questionnaire database (PMAPS).
• Updating new business pipelines.
• Co-ordinate audit requests and other ad hoc requests.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate.
• 6 months experience within financial services.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility and use initiative.Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Hours
Contractual hours are 40 per week, 8am to 5pm. Out-of-hours work is not significant but may be required from time to time.
