Business Development Executive
Our online jobs board client, based in Central London, is looking for a professional and enthusiastic graduate to join their sales team in 2010.
If you are a persuasive, commercially minded and highly motivated person you will be the ideal candidate to help us inform employers and recruiters about our powerful range of candidate attraction and advertising services.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum 6 months professional sales experience,
- an interest in the web, online media, and web technology,
- strong commercial awareness and a good knowledge of business and finance,
- a flexible and adaptable mentality,
- exceptional people-skills.
The role:
You will be selling our recruitment marketing tools and candidate attraction services to new leads whilst also managing important existing client accounts.
Work for us and you will deal directly with some of largest and most prestigious firms in the world.
Our current clients include: Deutsche Bank, UBS and KPMG.
A typical day at our offices will consist of talking to employers by telephone, consulting on graduate recruitment strategies with recruiters and HR professionals and visiting potential or existing clients at their offices. To be successful you must also be able to organise yourself, your time and your sales pipeline effectively.
Salary:
We are a small, successful company who pride ourselves on ideas, entrepreneurship and enthusiasm. We are pleased to reward success and initiative.
This role offers a starting salary of £18,000 - £20,000 with an uncapped commission structure and structure salary reviews.
If you work hard you can expect your take home commission to easily exceed £1,000 a month.
